We completed on the option in the summer of 2015 and have worked closely with our architects and local planning departments to submit an application to demolish the existing detached chalet and replace with 3 × 5 bedroom executive detached houses.

Having had various pre-application meetings with the local planners and highways, consent was awarded and building works began in July 2016 with the intent on completion in October 2017.
